Possible Unicorn?

Found a 1999 SR5 with a manual and 180,xxx on the odometer. Rig has clean paint and looks fairly rust free under the frame. It does have Pennsylvania registration stickers so it's seen some salt.

Says timing belt and water pump were replaced in Nov 14 but not mileage.
New tires 2017
New brakes all around in June
New plugs, coils, wires in OCt.

Asking $5,000

What do you pros think?

Check the undercarriage and particularly the frame real good. Being a PA rig can see some serious rust. I looked at buying another 1999 SR5 5 speed sport last month at about 180K in NH, guy said it was clean just had a bad rearend. Well the rearend leaked all oil out cause it rotted a hole. Frame was repaired partially also, but still needed more frame repair, rockers were rotting. No way I was buying that, personally I don't like to mess with rust repairs.

Do some poking and prodding underneath for rust damage. I think PA DOT uses the same road brine solution NJ does, that stuff is cancer to metal.
