I decided I want a lift 2.5" to 4" and i'm going to be throwing on 35's on there. Can anybody post some pics with a small lift and 35's so I can see what i'm looking at here?
Thanks!

It was just about on the bumpstops.

But really, You will probably want to do a 3 inch suspension lift and at least a 1 inch body lift. Anything less than that, you are going to have to trim and pound a lot. You will still need to trim either way but it will be less if you do more body lift. I have about 3 inches of lift up front, 2 inch body lift, cut fenders, pounded firewall back. It still rubs.

A little more work than I was hoping for :/ I think i'll go with 33's and a 3 inch lift. There shouldn't be any rubbing with that right? Or at least if there is, a lot less work to get rid of.

Thanks man! Really helped. Sadly I think i'm going a slightly different way but this did help!

Yeah, it's a lot of work, but that article is my inspiration. I'm morally opposed to body lift, even though I often think about how much easier it would make things :o

I've been preparing for 35's for the last couple of weeks. I have limited flares to work around, and the only spot I see as an issue is the front wheel wells, in the back near where the running boards were. When I turn, it will be 3 cms from rubbing 35's. Leaves me essentially no room to flex. I will need to get my BFH and go to work some more. Also need to install better front springs.

Fitting 35's simply put, is a PITA.

Meet your two new best friends

Haha! I've already used a mallet. Maybe that's my problem, I'm not using a sledgehammer. And my sawzall is my best friend :D
I love the brand on that hammer though, "YO HO!! GTFO!"

However, in some places, I've been substituting a grinder instead of the sawzall.

I wouldn't worry about limited flares too much. Just pull a crazydubman and gut em. Thats what I'll be doing when I make the swap. No body lift, just chopping and more chopping......and some tubbing.

If I wasn't running my adapters pushing my 16x8's and 305 's out to a final et of about 3 1/8, I could probably run 35's now. The gutted limited flares work wonders for clearance. My up travel is what hurts me without having a body lift. I have already had to chop my inner fender as well. Took about 3/4-1" and I'm only on 33's...

Oh and not 35's but here are 305's with no lift and a lot of weight in the trunk.
