Yeah this is a little offshoot of Coyote Canyon, a fun trail that runs through a creek bed for most of its length, Some really nice ledges and rocks to play on. This is the waterfall we were BSing at.

Coyote Canyon and Rattlesnake Canyon (more difficult) are both about 15 minutes north of Alamogordo.

thats cool ill have to check it out.

haha is that Colin taking a pic of his truck? well not his truck anymore

Please take it easy on me guys for this question I am about to ask (total newb here when it comes to body-on-frame trucks and pretty much trucks and all things off-roading in general)

So is "flexing" bad for the vehicle in any way? I flipped through all of the pics in this thread and see one wheel stuffed and the other in the air and wonder if that is doing any damange? Do you permanently bend anything out of alignment? :)

Ok I'm ready for the responses

Yeah man anytime you think you might be in the area let me know, we will get something together in a hurry. Colin was there but that guy in the photo taking a photo is the truck's new owner, Matt. Another really cool dude that uses that truck like it was meant to be. He ripped the rear driveshaft out a couple weeks ago. Got it fixed and was back on the trails.

No worries man, "flex" or articulation if you want to be technical is not an issue at all. No harm or ill will come of it in the least.

Here is a few from yesterday when I was checking for clearances and bump stop extensions with the new rear suspension. Stock front suspension still till the new extended travel SAW's and Camburgs come in.

Excellent, now off to go find a nice curb so I can show you guys some urban flexing :D

Update: I couldn't find any suitable curbs around town, so I hope this will do instead.

Nothing compared to the crazy stuff you guys do in here, but this was literally my first time ever off-road :)

And this is the view from the bottom of that hill in case anyone was curious.
