Post Waterpump/Timing Belt Problem

I recently had my Water pump, Timing Belt, Thermostat, idlers, pulleys, hoses, coolant, etc done. Truck ran fine, but then I got all the lights on the dash. Reading some posts looks like a usual culprit is the gas cap. Went to Toyota today and laid out the $25 for a new cap....nope. I then went to Autozone and had the code read: P0016 - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor A)
I disconnected the battery, everything was fine, but 2nd time I went to start it all lights back. I did it again, same thing all fine until the 2nd start when they all returned.

My question, do you think this problem could be a result of the recent service?

Your THOUGHTS Appreciated!!!

Here's a description I found of the problem and possible causes:

The crankshaft position sensor (CKP) and Camshaft position sensor (CMP) work in harmony to control the spark/fuel delivery and timing. They both consist of a reluctor, or tone, ring which passes over a magnetic sensor, which generates a voltage, indicating position.

The crankshaft sensor is part of the primary ignition system and functions as the "trigger". It detects the position of the crankshaft relays that information on to the PCM or the ignition module (depending on the vehicle) to control spark timing. The Camshaft position sensor detects the position of the camshafts and relays the information to the PCM. The PCM uses the CMP signal to identify the beginning of the injector sequence. What ties these two shafts and their sensors together is the timing belt or chain. The cam and crank should be precisely timed together. If the PCM detects that the Crank and Cam signals are out of time by a specific number of degrees, this P0016 code will set.
Symptoms

Symptoms of a P0016 will or may include:

* Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination
* The engine may run but with reduced performance
* The engine may crank but not start
* The engine may exhibit a rattle near the harmonic balancer indicating the tone ring is damaged
* The engine may start and run, but poorly

Causes

Causes may include:

* Timing chain stretched, or timing belt skipped a tooth due to wear
* Misalignment of timing belt/chain
* Tone ring on crankshaft slipped/broken
* Tone ring on camshaft slipped/broken
* Bad crank sensor
* Bad cam sensor
* Damaged wiring to crank/cam sensor
* Timing belt/chain tensioner damaged

Tech Feature: Toyota V8 Timing Belt Service: Tech Shop Magazine

"Another source of codes and driveability complaints after belt replacement is damage to the crankshaft position sensor reluctor wheel, that must come off during the process of replacing the belt. Extreme care should be taken to prevent any scratches or other damage to the wheel. Harsh cleaners or abrasives should not be used to clean this part or any of the pulleys or sprockets. Typical codes that are related to timing belt misalignment or potential sensor wheel damage are P0011, P0021, P0016 or P0018."

Looks like I will drop it back off at the shop....

When they put you belt on they are a tooth off.. Take off your front t-belt cover and see off the hatches on the cam gear match up with the lines on the belt..
