In the past

25 now,

2 kids and a great wife, as well as a good career in the Military, I've settled down. I was a boxer in high school though

I kicked a few Afgan asses to a couple of years ago, my wife was pregnant with my baby girl when they sent me to the Sandbox, I was coming home, thats when I was glad I knew how to take care of myself, and I'm AF, so I wasn't on the front lines, still got some action though.

As for infantry, I'll pray for him, Thats a hella fun job. I've met 30 year old men that behave like 10 year olds in infantry, until they see combat, then they grow up

Its a fun, hard, straight up lifestyle. One every boy dreams of at one point or another, but its dangerous, and you loose alot of friends.

Hope he comes back ok, I know he will not come back the same man that he left as.

That is the thing that bothers me the most. The best line that i have heard about that place is

"it is the kinda shit that you can't unsee". I know he is going to come back a diff person, but i'll take it any way i can get it. I just pray that he comes back

He is like a brother from another mother. You know the feelin' cuz you were surrounded by them when you were over there.
