Poughkeepsie gulch, sept 5

Pretty muddy trip up Poughkeepsie gulch couple weekends ago. I added a little challenge to the wall. Another beautiful day regardless.

I happily guided my buddy up the notch, perfect line made it too easy.

Nice! Thanks for the pics. Would like to have seen video of that red truck getting through the "notch". That looks really technical. Is that one of the alternate tracks up the wall?

I did that trail in my Land Cruiser a few years ago and was humbled. Even fully locked, I couldn't get enough traction to get up the wall. Ended up taking a winch assist from a Jeep that had already made it to the top.

Nice pics! That trail is a good one for sure! I gave the wall hell in the pouring rain in my stock FJC on street tires but it was a no go. Had to winch up it.
