Power Lock Problem

So my passenger power door lock does not function. I've taken off the door panel to check connections, lubricate the assembly with no avail. Any one else experience this, or know what else to look at? BTW, when activating the power lock, you can see the lock pull move a bit.

Well if you see the lock pull move slightly I would say that the power lock solenoid is bad in that door. Could be corroded wiring make it lose it's ground or power when engaged. Go to a junk yard and pull one, heck pull a couple for spares.
