Power Seat Repair - Stuck or Barely Moving - DIY

I don't know if the ones from a '99 Sienna will fit a '99 T4R but I bought a set from this site in July '21 and installed them. They were expensive but made the wife happy and that's what counts.

reviving an old thread, but wondering if anyone has successfully found a replacement gear or has any ideas besides ripping one out of a donor seat

i ended up replacing the entire assembly that has the fault part. i still have the rails/motor so if anyone can help me figure out how to pull the part out, i can send it to someone with a 3d printer who can scan it.

Ok, I think I've figured it out, my prototype worked pretty well, the gear took power from the motor and moved the seat slide. Only issue was I didn't have the pitch quite right to manually adjust the seat with a 12mm wrench (overall, I'd consider it a win and "working"). Making a few tweaks and crossing my fingers it's perfect.

That being said if anyone needs any replaced, let me know. I'll probably put together a kit of 2 gears with instructions and post it up (I figured $30 shipped was a fair price to cover my costs).

I’m interested if you are still selling these, I ran into the dreaded stripped gear on the drivers seat.
