raining like hell here in south ark,probably got 2 inches in 2 hrs, and on my way home alot of rain was on the roads, especially in my neighborhood, and then i get to my house and try to pull in, and the steering wheel is hard to turn all of the sudden, could running through this water on the roads be causing is ? thanks guys ( 99 4runner, 167k, )
