Hi guys,

My power windows just stop working. The 4 windows excluding the back windows. The power mirror still working, the same as the central lock...

So is it the power windows switch or a fuse?
Their is no symptom, it's just stop working suddenly...

Sounds like it could be a fuse, or a connector. Have you removed the door panel to do any work recently? Make sure all connectors are tight.

Is there a fuse panel on the drivers side interior? Check the 30 amp fuse

Not likely to be a fuse, the 30A Power fuse in the driver's side J/B as well as the 10A ECU-IG fuse are in play. Check them both with a test light or an ohmeter, don't just give a visual. If they are both good, pry up the front of the master window switch bezel, then slide the entire assy forward to check for power there. On an 02 you would have power at terminals 10, and 3. I'm not sure what your 97 will have, but you should have power there. If you check for power and do have it, we can check the master switch. If no power, we can look for an open circuit elsewhere.

The reason I said the fuse was unlikely is that the fuse also powers the door locks, and he stated they were working.

Thanks for all your reply but my bad I just remembered that there are actually some symptom before its stopped working... sometime its does stop working when I make the windows up and down many times instantly I wait 5 minute and its work again...

This can be the Windows switch?

It can be, but why don't you follow some basic diagnostics? If you want us to just guess, why bother?

If you can do what I indicated in my earlier post please do that, if you can't, then you better get professional help.
