Precision LED interior lights burning out

Anyone else buy from them and have lights burn out in a short time. I figured I would spend more so I would not have to deal with substandard products and well one in the rear door has already burnt out. Kinda disappointed with them, emailed them today, hoping for a response, with them sending a replacement asap after only 3 months use. Could of paid 1/4 or less of the price with other vendors.

thanks for posting. I just came across their company and was considering ordering a kit this week, but will hold off. Please keep us posted with their response. I hope they get it resolved for you

I don't have any experience with that company or their products, but I just ordered these puppies. Philips backs them for 12 years.

OP, please update us if/when you hear from them. I had 2 bulbs burn out as well from precision. Given the price, I was hoping for better quality. I guess they charge a premium for the plastic pry tools:rolleyes:
 
I went with Phillips also, 7 months now, no issues. I paid more than if I ordered online, but they are working great. Purchased them 2 at a time from Pep Boys. The only one I had trouble with was the 30mm dome, was a very tight fit.

I was going with precision, but I did read some less than adequate postings, so I stayed away.

The 12 year warranty with Phillips looks and sounds good. Not sure how it will work if I need to use it.

You don't need the pry tools, I used a wooden Popsicle stick, tounge depresser that I keep in my shop. Buy these in packs at Hobby Lobby for mixing epoxy/JBWeld.

In fact when I was watching the youtube videos, looking at the tools, I said to myself, use a mixing stick. Worked great.

Precision LED is an absolute garbage company, that sell garbage products with mind bogglingly bad customer service and attitude. just a reminder to everyone to avoid at all costs. and if you defend them for some reason, re-examine your life skills
 
Philips makes interior lights with a 12 year warranty. They're great. Thanks to [MENTION=83083]rigtec[/MENTION] for the info and write-up on them

What was your experience with them? Its not really fair to blast a company with a blanket statement void of facts.
