That's about what I paid for mine new in 2011. ($32,500)
For that price I would spend a little more and get new again.

fwiw, after a few months of searching I just picked up a CPO '15 Trail Premium (former lease) w/KDSS, 21K miles for 37,600 list. They weren't interested in negotiating, plenty of potential buyers. Had to drive 200 miles from Bay Area to find it but it's super clean, or at least it was hahahaha. Couldn't be happier. The trails seem to be very rare in my neck of the woods.

Many people are finding brand new TRD ORP for 38-39k. I paid 39.5k out the door for mine with a handful of options and after research in the price thread there are certainly people that got better deals, and some that did worse.

I found one in Minneapolis about a month ago with 20,000 miles for ~$32,000. Doing a some Autotrader/Car Gurus searching, you can find trucks with lower miles for around that price. There are plenty of deals around!

good luck with the search. I'm from Los Angeles and drove to Tuscon (500miles) to get a good deal on mine:
'17 Super White Offroad Prem w/KDSS = $38.6K before tax and title.

ALLLL California dealers wanted $42K+ and didnt budge on price so I had to venture out.

You should look out of state and see what you can find. you'll probably have a nicer drive home than me. 450 miles of desert and 50 miles of LA traffic. lol
