Side Mirrors

Does anyone know where I could find these side mirrors or what they're called? I hate the bronco mirrors that are currently on my rig.

Thank you, I tried but, it did not work. The signal has to flash on and off to disable the feature. I have a none power antennae on my truck so, using the factory switch for a power antennae made sense. The dash looks clean and the disable switch is easy to hit.
