Photographic proof that I do, in fact, know how to wash and wax a vehicle!
Almost embarrassed to say it, but this is the first time I've waxed the 4runner, even though I got it last July...Took advantage of the good weather this weekend, washed it and laid on a coat of wax.
I was never all that fond of the Desert Dune Mica color but I have to admit it's starting to grow on me a bit. Hey, at least it's not white (most of my previous 4x4s have been white.)
One really nice feature of the 3rd gens is they look good from almost any angle.
After I shined 'er up, I put her to bed. She hasn't been out of the garage since Sunday (I walk to the light rail station to go to work.)
Anyway, just wanted to share. Lovin' my 4runner (well, everything except the disappointing MPG and the "chicken little" gas gauge.)
