Provider for the diamond plate license frame

Questions:
Has anybody ordered from there?
Has anybody seen it cheaper? Cheaper being that it's real diamond plate.
Is this a real diamond plate, or those plastic versions?

hmmm, $10.99 is pretty cheap. I would assume it's plastic, but you know what they say about assuming right?

I guess best thing to do is email them directly and ask.
