Put on TRD wheels and nitto's, steering wheel vibrating

I didn't watch the video but yes. Could be balance. I had all sorts of vibration and it all went away after a re balance. Granted the front brakes were bad, I had non hub centric spacers, tires too wide for my rims.... If you can get a free rebalance then go do it! If not, I can see your hesitation. Check for a thrown weight? Have you been wheeling?
No, driven on the street only.
Had it done at Americas tire so Im going back tomorrow, im thinking they should take care of it.

Hey folks, been about a month now and just this past week steering wheel started shaking a lot, could they be out of balance? Heres a vid
I have a 2014 SR5 Premium which I put new wheels and tires (American Outlaw Deputy and Cooper Discover ATP) on at 73 miles. They were purchased at Discount tire (Same as America's Tire in Ca) I had the same problem immediatly, I took them back to Discount to Roadforce Balance on the Hunter machine 4 different times and they couldn't get rid of the shaking. I finally took the rig back to the dealer to see if it was a problem with the front end. I was told by the dealer that Toyota wouldn't warranty or even look at the vehicle if it had aftermarket wheels or different tires.
To make an already long story shorter, I took my stock wheels and tires back to Discount where they dismounted everything and put my TPMS back in the wheels and balanced the OE setup. The shake was gone..
On the plus side the manager at Discount called me back and said they would buy everything back as they weren't able to fix the problem.

I agree with being pissed. I actually purchased a 2014 Tundra SR5 with TRD package from another dealer and was told the same think from them. I asked about all of the heavily modified Toyotas on the lot and showroom floors and having no warranty. They told me the warranty is going to be covered from the company who did the lift and put the wheels and tires on. Toyota won't touch anything. I am very disappointed to say the least. I have owned a any Jeeps, Dodge Rams, Chevy's and never have I been told anything like that.
I like the 4Runner but I'm not happy with the look of it with the stock wheels and tires. I was going to trade it in 4 a TRD pro but the dealers want to give me $28k for a rig that has 3,000 miles on it..

That's bullshit. It has to be proven the mods caused a failure. My local dealer put a whole new engine in my scion. When it got to them, it had a painted valve cover, header, intake, all sorts of stuff. Didn't even slow them down. They warrantied it.
Maybe they thought it was the wheels, so they were like no, not gonna check the wheels?
Still, BS. Magnusson moss act or whatever is the law suit that makes it so they have to prove the mods caused a problem. This was big on Mazda forums, as Mazda was flagging all sorts of cars.

Agreed. The dealership where I purchased the 4Runner is Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa, AZ. Dealership where I purchased the Tundra is Lithia Toyota in Medford, OR.
