I have the spidertrax 1.25" spacers on mine. Stance is perfect in my opinion and nobody makes a better wheel than Toyota. I have had them on my truck for about 2500 miles and have had zero issues.
Interesting they say right in the instructions NOT to use an impact on them. I restore cars professionally and have been wrenching for 30 years. I used to think an impact was the way to install wheels... Nope. It's SO inconsistent even with torque sticks. One can be 150 LBS and the next is 40. I haven't broken a stud or worse yet lost a wheel (has happened to me twice) since I started religiously using a torque wrench about 20 years ago.
As for the wheel bearing wear... It'll be non issue. Sure put another 25 pounds a corner with cheap wide heavy aftermarket wheels and chunky heavy tires and you may notice a difference. But just a slight offset change isn't a big deal. I've had 3 second gen tacomas with a very similar hub/bearing design. All of them needed front bearings pretty much like clockwork every 75-80k miles. Two were stock and one was lifted with zero offset 16x8's and 33" tires.
Follow the instructions. Use loctite (which they actually come with) and a torque wrench and you will have no issues.
