ok so i lifted the rear today and tomaro im gonna put some top plate spacers till i can order some toytec coilovers on the fronts,but my question is how bad would this wear my tires till i can get an alignment in a week or 2?

The top plate spacer should be close to the Toytec, so it seems best to get the alignment done sooner than later...really depends on how much you drive in 2 weeks.
Personally, Id buy a lifetime alignment and take it back after the toytec's are in if it needs it. Im overly ODC about those things though.

for the while ist pretty much work and back about 20-30 miles a day tops....

It will vary. You will have to see how it works after installing. Both times I have messed with my front end, my 4runner was barely driveable afterwards. I got it as good as I good by playing with the cam bolts on the lower control arms and eyballing it and then took it for an alignment.
In sum - I wouldnt plan on doing too much driving without the alignment.

yeah so i tried to install the front lift yesterday no good.....couldtn get the tie rods off for the life of me....hours of soaking in penatrating oil nothing.....got the cotter pin and bolts off but it wouldnt come loose.....whats a decent price for a shop install?

I didn't take the tie rods off when I did mine. Not sure why you would need to.
If you do need to...
I assume you are using a puller? If not you need to go rent one from AutoZone or whatever your local parts store is. Alternatively, you can buy one from harbor freight for less than $20.
no idea what an install would cost, but this is a fairly simple procedure with the right tools.

I would say it depends on the quality and wear level of your tires. The first time I lifted my truck I didn't get around to getting an alignment for about 3-4 weeks and it was a highway DD at the time. My front tires had MAJOR camber wear at the end of 3 weeks.
If you've got crap tires that you're just going to replace anyway, then you can wait. Or if it's really only going to be a week, that would probably be OK. Otherwise, I would just get the alignment.
:edit: just saw your last post. You don't need to pull the tie rods to install a lift unless you're replacing your LBJ's or tie rods at the same time. All you should need to do is unbolt the three nuts at the top of the strut and the big bolt at the bottom and it should fall right out.

avoid hard braking, that is what really messes them up. i rode on my 285/75/16's with 3" for about 1000 miles and wore then down to the belt with no alignment, as i was also waiting on money to get the SPC tube UCA's. but now that i have them, new tires, and the ability to self align my truck, they are just fine.

are you f&*ing kidding me? lol ugh just when out and bought a puller last night.....yeah so a reputable off road shop quoted 450 to install front spacers? noooooo way kemosabe..... ill do it myself! im gonna do the fronts sunday and get the alignment on tuesday.dont wanna burn my new tires lol....but then again i can fit 285's....
