Partial answer
1993 T100 didn't share anything with the same year cruiser.
1993 was the 1st year of the new dual overhead cam straight 6 that replaced the older straight 6 that had been around for years. The cruiser had a totally different suspension. I don't believe Toyota gave the 1993 cruiser an independent front suspension, which I believe the T100 had.
The T100 had a V 6, independent front and I don't know about the rear.
The cruiser had front and rear live axles, and all wheel drive. Certain models had sep locking diffs on both the front and rear (still considered by many to be the best arrangement Toyota ever made).
All your driveline components would have been totally different between the two.
I don't know on the 4runner. The T100 and 4 Runner with the V6 should have had the same engine. Not sure on the drive line.
