Can i run OME 883 coils with bilstein 4600 shocks? (Bilstein 24187244)
I want a 3" lift in the front. How well will these 2 work together?

I have those with the Tundra 5100's, I like them but a little stiff. You might as well go with the 5100's

I get the broke part, your preaching to the choir. I think you should wait a month save the money and then get the 5100's. I got mine from wheeler's
If you haven't taken the front strut off before then I would also buy new hard ware from whoever you get the shocks from because you will probably have to cut the bolts on top off. 3rd gens are getting old and bolts dont like to come out after this long. Wheelers will build the strut for you for a price. I did Tundra 5100's and OME coils front and back everything put together for me with with shipping for like $850.
You will also need an alignment after so anywhere from $100-200 for that. Also keep an eye on your CV's and ball joints and both tie rod assy. They will be wearing out soon if you haven't done them recently.

You can use 4600s
But cant use the strut intended for a stock-unlifted 4runner b/c the eye to eye and stroke will be too short. I paired 4600s with OME 881s and 906s. With the 881s the ride was awful and with the 906s i ruined the shocks damper wore out prematurely b/c the eye to eye and stroke were too short.

whats the part number for the 5100's for the 4runner?
And where can i buy new top plates? (not for lift)
alos, im only 16, is this too much work for me? hahaha

Just because your 16 doesn't mean you can't do this. If all you've done is oil changes then maybe this is too much. You need some special tools ie spring compressor which can be somewhat dangerous if you don't know what you're doing.

Or you can take it to a shop and have them compress it for you for a couple bucks saves you tje dangerous part

They bolt right on. The rear ones from the Tundra are the ones that need new bushings.

call Wheeler's offroad and tell them you want tundra 5100's on all 4 corners and that you want OME coils and have them build the front struts and push the correct size bushings in. Get a price and start there, with you being 16 take your money and ask for christmas money and buy everything then. Also get a diff drop while you are at it. Waiting another month aint that bad to start doing it right. Learn from my mistake and dont rush you will regret it if you dont. Just my opinion but if you dont do it right it will fail and cost a lot more in time and headache. ou will want bigger tires if not it will look a little funny on stock size.
Having them build it for you it will be a direct swap, with new hardware and all. that is what I did and cutting out the top bolts on the front struts took the longest after that it was real easy. Also youtube 3rd gen lift and low range offroad has a video that shows step for step what to do. And call a buddy for help.

Yes those work but you aren't going to get the lift you are looking for. People use the Tundra ones because they are for a vehicle that is bigger and heavier. I am not sure but I believe the tundra ones have more travel and I do know they have 5 perches as the tacoma/4runner ones onl have 3.

Oh alright, so will the ones that wheeler's would push the bushings in work? I only need the front 2 shocks and i already have the springs so i just need the shocks for the front (I already put new ones in the rear). but I would like 3+ inches of lift...

Yes, notice the same part # in small print that I gave you. They bolt right on. I would buy new strut mounts so you don's have to deal with the old ones. They are between $40-60 a pair depending on where you buy them.
