Question regarding front bumper.

About to order a new chrome bumper for my front bumper as mine is rusty and i hate the sight of it. There is two on amazon that i dont know the different from. One says without sport package and the other one is without sport package and without fender flares. I thought with a sport package you got flares. Just wondering if one of you guys could lead me in the right direction. Picture below of my truck.

Gotten worse since that photo was taken. There a little there showing on the corner, might be hard to see in the picture.
