i have a 97 4runner v6 4x4 and i can hear my engine very well in side the cab.. dont lik it wat can i do so i cant hear it

what are you hearing? does it have stock or aftermarket intake/exhaust? exhaust leaks? there are sound deadening sprays that can be applied to the underside of the truck but it would be a PITA.
