Questions about cables for the T1819 Scion/Pioneer Headunit install

I've read all the threads here regarding stereo installs using the Scion Head units, but have a couple questions that I couldn't find answers for.

I'm looking at buying the Scion/Pioneer T1819 this week on Ebay (unless someone has a better idea) for my 2006 4Runner with the non-JBL system.
I'll be using the RCA outputs from the T1819 to connect an Alpine MRV-M500. That amp will run to a Toby "LOW Sheriff" since I mostly listen to Dubstep. I'm picking up the Toby and the Amp tomorrow. If I understand this correctly, since I am a Blackberry guy (work pays for it) and I don't need an iPhone cable, I don't have to install the cable for it right? I just want to use the Bluetooth to stream music from my phones and use the HD Radio, and maybe play a CD now and then. So which cables do I need to purchase just to have that functionality?
Also, I don't care about Bluetooth phone aspect either because when I'm in the car I don't answer the phone, that's MY time, so I just jam!

Any help appreciated.

P.S. If someone knows of another head unit with Bluetooth that will fit perfectly without an adapter kit or trimming, feel free to mention it. I'm open to suggestions, I just don't want to spend more than $250 for the head unit and am looking for plug and play capability or at the most buying a few adapters, but I don't want to do any soldering or cutting or splicing. Thanks!

You will have to purchase the bluetooth mic kit in order to have any bluetooth functions whether you want to use it for your phone or not.

When I first installed mine I was having some issues. While troubleshooting it I unplugged the mic kit and the BT still worked for streaming audio.

I'm not sure if it worked because it had the mic kit and then remained operational after I unplugged it or if it ever needed it in the 1st place. Worth a shot though. It's super easy to get in and out of the dash, so I'd try to install it first without it. You can always throw down $50 later.

I realize this is an old thread, but how did you make the antenna hook up to the antenna plug in the Scion HU?

I have one to do the swap, but this part has eluded me.

Ugh glad im not the only one...

I am having issues with reception in my t1819 swap, everything else works great except for the radio reception. I have the wire harness, bt kit, and antenna adaptor. maybe the antenna adaptor is faulty, or I hooked it up wrong.....

Any help or guidance would be appreciated...
