Why in the world do you want slotted rotors? I doubt (though could be horrifically wrong) that you're autocrossing your 4Runner.
You know they don't help you stop any faster and rust out quicker than regular rotors, right?
Just get a high quality pad and save your money on the rotors. If you want more stopping power, go for larger rotors off a Tundra or something.

The merits of drilled can be argued in certain cases... There's no doubt slotted rotors are nice.
If you have the 12.6" OE rotors and it's a 4Runner (which it is...) you may run into a stuck caliper piston anyways so this might be the perfect opportunity. I'd consider high quality OE replacement rotors and upgrading to the 13.2" setup. The 13.2" setup uses the same pads, different calipers and bigger rotors. A true big brake setup will cost $$$$ but the 13.2" upgrade adds very little if any cost if you need a caliper or two.

honestly drilled/slotted rotors are not the way to go with a decent rotor you can get atleast 1 cut on them, on a drilled rotor dont even try they get destroyed...
