Flooring the gas paddle cannot push a radiator hose out of the radiator. OP probably had the clamp on the hose but outside the raise notch on the radiator.
As nissanh said revving your motor will not cause the pump to build more pressure.
It's a circulating pump, not a pressure pump.
The pressure comes from the expansion of the hot liquid.
