Radio Antenna Mast Removal

Hi, snapped off the OEM radio antenna in a car wash on my 2011 Limited. I've tried super glue to get the base out and a speed out but cannot get the snapped-off screw base out.

Does anyone know how to remove the whole darn thing? I assume it's accessed through the wheel well like I remember on my 3rd Gen but looking for confirmation before I dig into it.

Not sure what to do once I get it apart but hopefully I'll be able to get it out so I can replace with a stubby.

Any help or advice is appreciated!
