Radio Help..2014 Limited

Hello. I just got a 2014 Limited couple of months ago. I recently noticed that my radio is starting to act up. When I start the truck radio reboots itself 3-4 times before it comes on. Sometimes the volume freezes and have to turn the truck on/off before it goes back to normal. This seems to happen every couple of days. I took it to the dealer and they installed the software again. I am having the issue again and now the navigation is acting up. The "I" on bottom right corner of screen is gone. Anyone else having issues? Any thoughts?

Hey mine has rebooted itself randomly here and there and sometimes won't let my Bluetooth (iPhone) play , nothing too frequently yet but have noticed it , hasn't been too much of an issue too bring it in but I'll be sure too chime in if I do or find a fix

Mine has also rebooted a few times as well but that's the only quirk so far.

The only thing I've noticed with mine is I push the button on steering wheel to make a voice command and nothing happens. And then a minute later the voice comes on waiting for a command. Also the navigation locked up on me three times today. Each time when it was "zooming" in on an intersection on the right of the screen. After I passed the detailed zoom area it locked up and I would have to go to another app and then back to navigation for it to resume... I hope there is an update soon.
