I did some researching and found that my radio only has two RCA hook up's for amp so what should I do?

You need to get a line output converter, I had this issue too. I used the speaker level inputs for my speakers with 2 LOC's which convert RCAs to speaker wire. I then used the 2 RCA ports on the radio for my sub.
