RCI Rock slider install instructions?

No way....saw someone bolted them to the roof to enhance the OEM roof rails....guess theirs didn't come with instructions either!

pretty straightforward, line up and screw in the bolts. my only "tidbit" would be that if you have KDSS a second pair of hands would have been really helpful to pull the KDSS lines away from the frame (once unbolted) while the other person slid the mount behind them. Other than that they are a super super simple install.

Not sure if picture will help because all you need is to start on it and you'll know what to do. Here's some pictures if you insist. There's a few helpful advices so far honestly.
Thanks for all the input guys, I'm sure it is pretty strait forward. Can't wait to get all this stuff on and get out to the trails for a test run. If any one is in the NJ area and wants a set of factory side steps let me know. I'm surprised RCI doesn't have the instructions for there products on there website.

I just gave it to a friend and he painted it for me. There's a thread somewhere showing a set being painted, can't recall where though.
After many hours of research trying to figure out the best way for me to coat them, I ended up taking them to a local powder coat place for $120 for both. I figured with all the cleaning, sanding, primer, and liner or paint, and the many hours in labor, it was worth it to have a pro do it. I won't be grinding them on rocks any time soon, so being able to touch up isn't as critical.

I thought if you were closer to NNJ we could throw them on one night after work...sorry.
Put mine on today. Was a pain in the ass, but not difficult by any means. If I had better tools, it'd have been a lot easier tightening the bolts.
Any way, I have four bolts left over.
Two of which I believe are for holes that line up slider to frame, but are not threaded, on the passenger side.
Two of which I know where they go on the driver side, but am having a hell of a time getting them in, and I ran out of light and patience.
I'm wondering though, would it be fine to just say **** it and leave those two driver side bolts out? In all reality, I don't see myself truly using the sliders in any kind of serious fashion, anytime soon.
I have all the perimeter/edge bolts in, so I think it should be plenty strong.

Whether you intend to use a product to its full capacity or not, I always recommend to install anything the way it was designed. Besides, it sounds like you just ran out of daylight and patience. Daylight and patience are free. Potential failures from a mis installed product isn't. Even if it is minor.
