My driver's side CV wont come out of the diff. I have tried every form of pry bar and BFH in my arsenal and it wont budge past 1/4" or so. The other side just slid right out. What am I doing wrong?

Spin it a 1/4 turn and then use a bfh and a chisel as a wedge between the diff and the axle. It will come.

I haven't met one yet that wouldn't budge when I put it up against a crowbar and a 2.5 lb. dead blow hammer.
Like steeze said, give it a go with what you've got, then rotate 1/4 turn, then repeat until it gives. I've noticed the tough ones will give just a little bit at a time until they're all the way out, versus the easy ones seem to get past the initial point of resistance and then slide right out the rest of the way.
