how important is this mount to be bolted tot he axel housing?...
it was extremely tight and wasn't even connect.. because i forgot to re-connect it but with such tall coils in the rear (9 wraps) i was thinking of making an extension for this bracket to mount to
any ideas of threads that could point me in the right direction with regards to the importance of this mount and an extension that can be done???
i was thinking i could get a piece of metal that extended the mount to where it sits naturally now since its rubbing on the left side there a little...
