That's definitely not normal. Looks like you might have a leaking rear axle seal back there.

Check fluid level in rear diff...likely low.

Definitely badly blown axle seals, I'd change/add diff fluid immediately and then replace the seals Clean drums thoroughly, replace the shoes, make sure the e-brake adjusters are working as intended.
