Rear coil question

First off, sorry if this has been beaten to death but my 94 has the dragging backside issue that I expect from a 15 year old truck. Being from the Nissan world I hae found that there are normally ways to make stuff from other trucks fit and do what you are looking for(my Pathfinder has Jeep Grand Cherokee v8 front coils in the back to correct sag and add about 2" of height). On that note I wondered if there was a coil that fit in the back to do a little extra clearance on top of doeing something about the sag? Thanks in advance.

I had someone recommended leaf spring helpers. They're pretty inexpencive but I haven't put them on yet.

Certian year range? Front or rear from the Land Cruiser? Need to cut any pigtails off the coils or direct fitment(besides most likly needing longer shocks for the longer coil, plans of Ranchos all the way around soon anyway)
