Rear door weather seal

Hi all

In one of our wonderful ice storms in Ohio my son could not get the door open on our 1999 4runner. He pulled on the passenger door on the drivers side and the ice had froze on the weather seal between the door and the body. Well, that pulled completely off and tore into two pieces. I have been trying to find the part number but every picture I look at it is hard to tell. I need the seal that is on the body side and goes around the whole door opening. Does anybody know what the part number is or point me to some site that has it listed.

Should be part number 6788135020 according to Toyodiy. Lowe Toyota is a good place to order parts.

I will check them out ( Lowe) . I want to get it ordered before too much weather hits it. I have three 4runners and have had them occasionally start to pull off when it really freezes up, but I have always been able to keep them from pulling totally off until now.

you need the pass. door or hatch seal? put vasaline on them. that will help prevent freezing.

I heard that Vaseline can degrade rubber. Silicone spray or a product called Gummi Pflege works well.
