Rear end vibration HELP?

08 with 131k, 3' toytec lift, 265/70 general at2

I'm getting a rear end vibration while driving at all speeds, feels as if the rear wheels are out of balance, they were rebalanced to rule that out, took it to 2 shops as well talked to a buddy of mine thats been a toyota tech for a while. Both shops came up with nothing besides rebalancing wheels. i don't do any crazy wheeling just some random dirt trails. nothing on the rear has any play, drivetrain was checked and found no play and regreased to see if it was a binding issue. Not getting any noise, no clicking, whining, humming, grinding sounds. going to rotate the tires but change the direction to see if the tires have part of this.

Cheapest test is to rotate.

Not sure if side to side, or front to back would be better to troubleshoot.. correction, I think you should rotate front to back, each side individually to pinpoint which side is the culprit.

Rotated rear to front and still having issue so it can't be wheels or tires. I would say wheel bearing but I'm getting no noise but I guess that's the next place to look at

A driveline vibration is a very different feeling than a tire vibration/out of round. Is the vibration like a fast basketball dribble or more like a buzzing sensation?

How old are the shocks? Any oil leaking from them? All rear suspension bushings look ok with NO play in them? I would try jacking the rear suspension up and first spin the tire by hand to see if you feel/hear anything.

suspension is about 2 months old so nothing should be wrong there, when it was jacked up this morning i checked everything, pulled on anything and everything checked all bushings and nuts and bolts. feels like I'm constantly driving on a bumpy road even if its smooth. going to drop the rear drive shaft to check the u joints even though i feel no play in them. driveshaft still has weights on it so i ruled out that

I'm betting U joints - especially with a new suspension. Had to replace mine recently. I felt the same "bumpy road" sensation you mention and was fearful it was the dreaded "rumble strip" issue.

i had a spacer lift before i got this lift and never had any issues

did you have any play in your U joints, or did you just replace them assuming it was them?

I would also check your tire pressure.

for me, it was a process of elimination based on recent work done and the symptoms I experienced. I knew the tranny, diffs, and fluids were most likely good since the fluids were replaced about 10,000 miles earlier. Brakes were replaced less than a month before also. Took a guess that it was 1 or more of the u-joints so I replaced all of them and the jolts/vibrations went away. The butt dyno says there's more of a throttle response feel as an added benefit. YMMV.

No play that I could tell. The mechanic even called me after I left - "are you sure?" because he couldn't detect any play either until he got it apart, then it was obviously worn. New joints solved my problem.

Have you checked rear axle alignment?

As you lift, the rear axle moves to the driver side somewhat. Adjustable arms can correct for this. Usually not an issue, but a possibility. Can you switch back out the rear shocks and see if with the stock or some cheapo shocks kill the vvvviiiibration?

Are you using longer links on the swaybar? Usually necessary for 3" of lift.
