Rear Fender Flare

Any advice on removing this part of the rear fender flare? Is it just secured with the same kind of clips as the piece further back? Can’t find any info on this piece anywhere.

The exploded parts diagram on the Toyota parts web site will show all the fasteners used for that. You will get a good idea how it attaches from that diagram.
