Rear Hatch Compatibility

Hey Guys, I've searched around for an answer to this but haven't found anything definitive. I've been searching for a new rear hatch for a while and I've found one but it's on a 1997 4Runner. Besides needing to swap lock cylinders, will this work on my 2000 4Runner? My main concern is the wiring plugs for the rear window/defrost/wiper/3rd brake light.

Thanks for any insight you guys have.

I'm picking up a hatch from a '99 but have a '98, from what I've read the body/hatch plug changed after '98 but all other connectors in the hatch are the same. Also read that the hatch modules changed, blue vs white. My rear window doesn't operate with the switch any more and I've read that the module is sometimes the culprit or broken wires shorting it out. When I push the switch I hear a click in back where the modules are so I don't think the wires are shorted since I have connectivity into the hatch. I can put 12v power to the window motor and it works no problem so the motor and regulator are fine.

Finally to my question that hopefully relates to the OP...
Is there a way to swap the modules and harness from the '99 to the '98 and just de-pin and re-pin so the '98 body side harness will work with the hatch harness from the '99?
Anybody have wiring diagrams from '98 and '99 that would show which pins need relocated?

Thanks
