Rear hatch plastic wire "guides" for routing?

I found broken wires in the top of the rear hatch at the driver's side hinge. There are 2 white plastic pieces that snap together around the wires and then snap into the routing holes in the roof and rear hatch. Both of those were brittle and snapped while trying to get them out to have enough wire to work with. I don't want the wires to be cut on the metal so I'm looking to find what they are called and part numbers to order them. I would usually not bothered going on here with such a minor part, but there are no dealerships here near me. Thanks!

I love hunting for parts and this one is a biach, I have to drop kids at school... I will try again later but I'm not sure it's a purchasable part... it might be.

you can click back into the parts diagrams and in Wiring & clamp I think is the only hope of finding it.

some stuff you just can't get but I have to pickup some parts at the dealer later today I will see if the parts guy can find it, they hate me.
