Rear Heat/ AC

I guess this a dumb question and im not sure if this is the right place to ask?

But how do you control the rear ac / heat on a 2004 4runner? is there any rear controls or are that controled by the front?

it feels like its not even running

i have been driving my lil neice in the back alot lately and she is really cold nature.

the only way to get the heat/AC to flow out of the rear vents is to have your controls set to FACE level -or- FACE + FEET level and the only way to control the speed + temp is from the front controls.
