Rear license plate garnish - part #?

I have a 2014 TEP. Since I'm not going the blacked out route, I want to buy an SR5 body colored rear license plate garnish piece to replace the matte black one. Anyone have the part number for an SR5 piece in Barcelona red?

I was also wondering if they actually come painted as a replacement part. Will like to replace my chrome one with a painted one on my 2010.
