Rear lift springs: opinions wanted

I'm obsessing a little too much over what I want to do in the rear of my runner. :lmao:

I'm supposed to be picking up a set Bilsteins this week: Taco 5100 front and some 5125 for the rear.
I'm pretty much set on the Toytec/Eibach springs up front.
What I can't decide on, is what springs for the rear. I'm shooting for a 3" lift, and like a level stance, but a little rake is ok, for when I'm loaded down. Heck I almost always have some crap in the back.

What I'm looking at for the rear is the:
Toytec/Eibach Supeflex: 3" - 3.75" depending on load weight
OME 890: 3" at normal weight
OME 891: 3" but heavier duty to support more weight.
(I'm getting all this info off the Toytec website)

Right now, both bumpers are stock, but I do hope to build some bumpers front and rear.
I also have some Airlift helper airbags I plan on putting on for when I'm towing a trailer or hauling the dirtbike on the hitch hauler.

Thoughts?

I have LC coils from Sonoran Steel on rear. Gives me about 4" in rear.

with bilsteins and 890s in the rear i sit level. on stock rear bumper.
add just a little weight and she starts to sag
the ride is great but loaded up for camping, the sag is bad.
i'll upgrade to the 891s when budget allows.
