Rear over wheel well storage options?

I'm trying to figure out a storage box that fits over one of my wheel well humps and isn't any wider than the wheel well some sort of box to carry a tow strap, booster cables, flares and a few other items. I'm trying to keep the area between the wheel wells clear for my dog or so I can crash there as well if I'm solo hunting! Anyone have any pics or ideas? I'm thinking of ither buying something or fabbing something up out of plywood, just looking for ideas or suggestions..Thanks

I just picked up my 2000 SR5 last week and was thinking the exact same thing. I ran across those same threads ^^^that were very helpful. For a quick and easy solution, I read that some just use old military ammo boxes and mount them over the wheel somehow.

My ghetto temp solution is an ammo box just behind the P-side wheelwell.
I used an L bracket bolted to the cargo ring and through the side of the box.
