The "tilt" will allow you to move the steering wheel up and down for a more comfortable driving postion.

The cruise control I can't help you with I have it but have never used this, never heard of much problems with it though, always check your fuses first though when trouble shooting electrical problems.

what have you done for the cruise have you turned on the system so the green "cruise" light on the dash has come on. If so you also have to push the "set" button on the other side of the steering wheel

I push the left buton an the Light "Cruiser control" is ON

The I press the upper Right Button several times

But nothing happen, If I quit my foot from the accel pedal, the speed goes down.

Any fuses?

Where are the fuses???

Paulo

Make sure your brake light isn't on. If the light is on the cruise will not work.

The brake Light is off. I alway do the test over 50 M/hr

I just received 2 books, Haynes and ... dont remeber, tonight I will read about my problem.

I will post if a can solve it. Meanwhile, any help is welcome.

Thanks,

Paulo.

You need to push the 'bottom' of the far-right switch to 'set or to decelerate'. The top of the far-right switch 're-sets to previous (while the cruise / ignition is on) or it increases speed AFTER being set. The small , single right button disengages without having to hit the brake. The far left button toggles the entire Cruise System on or off.

Typical use would be :

Push far left button to toggle the Cruise System 'on'.

Hold accelerator pedal with your foot to appropriate speed (usually over 40 mph is necessary).

While holding speed steady, push bottom of far right button to 'set'.

If deceleration to a constant speed with Cruise ON is desired, push and hold bottom of far right button until desired speed is attained.

Same procedure for increasing speed ,,just hold top of far right button in.
