It will definitely work on the driver's side, it should work on the passenger side.

If you took pictures of the last foot of the passenger's side frame rail I could probably tell you.
 
Debating on selling mine and grabbing a factor 55 hitch link... I just had this diy bumper put on with no recovery points and transfered my current ones from Inv4drzm to the new bumper. I already have a hitch on here and don't plan on ditching it so I might grab the hitch link to throw in the drawers to have on hand and gain that little bit of clearance back. Thoughts?

I'd like one or two (haven't decided yet), next time you make a batch.

The hitch is a great recovery point, but sometimes it helps to hook up to one of the corners to pull at more of an angle. Last winter I got stuck in a ditch while parallel parked, with cars in front of and behind me, so not a lot of space to work. Pulling from the front passenger corner (farthest from the road) was the only thing that worked. Pulling from the front driver's side just kept pulling me forward in the ditch.

You should weld (or have welded) some nice shackle points to that beefy bumper. I am surprised that it did not come with a couple already on there.

Degreased. Sanded. Degreased again. Primed. Painted.
Now curing for the next week before installing. Forecast is 105°+ everyday. Lows in the 80's.
Hopefully the steel doesn't melt being left outside.
The paint is industrial grade, formulated for farm equipment.

The industrial paint is taking a bit longer to dry than I thought it would take, especially as hot as it is here. I moved them into the garage to cure out of the 118° heat of the sun. (Maybe the paint is melting, lol).
Related to recovery points, maybe someone can advise me on the question in my other thread.
