Rear Shock Bolt / Washer PN?

Did not see it in the parts .pdf. What is the OEM part numbers for the lower bolt and washer for the rear shocks?

From the Village Toyota link, it looks like YES, they are the same.

Would it be a bad idea to use Lock-Tite on this bolt? Given that it fell out, I am thinking it could make sense. Any thoughts?
