Rear Shock Lower Washer Part Number? (outer washer)

I'm replacing the rear lower shock washer, it's in rough shape. I ordered PN: 90948-03011 but the inner diameter is too big, the bolt falls right through. I am looking for the correct part number. I'll post some pictures below.

Does anyone know the correct part number for this washer? Planning to replace both. Thanks so much.

Didn't think to bring the washer to ACE. What about the OEM Toyota washer vs Grade 8 washer from Ace? There are about $6.00 each from Toyota. I'm certain they are a few dollars at Ace. I'm guessing Grade 8 and OEM will be similar quality? Thanks in advance.


EDIT: Found grade 8 washers at ACE. They are beefy and will do just fine. They are maybe 1mm in diameter smaller, but should get the job done.

the parts diagrams actually show both of those part numbers for my 97, one part for the washer in back of the shock and the other part number for the front side of the shock. So what is the difference? I somehow managed to lose mine so I don't have anything to compare when I go to the hardware store. i'm guessing the inner diameter is smaller on the front washer as it only has to fit over the bolt whereas the rear one has to slide over the shock mount, but confirmation would be nice
