Rear Spoiler Update

Thanks again guys for your very helpful info. I'm spending a whole day today to dress up my pride. Here is what I got sofar:

Hood Deflector
Sunroof Deflector
Valor SS exhaust Tip
All weather floor mats
Rear Spoiler

I'll have all of these installed for $ 651.78 (Included parts, labor and 6.5% Tax. )

*****I really want to do it myself, but... heck $110 bucks labor for eveything is a cheap insurance.

I added one after the fact from spoilerdepot.com and it was so hard to drill into a new car. If I was not so cheep I would have gladly let to job to someone more experienced. I did come with 4 studs that fit into the bolt holes. So you could lay it in place and hit the spoiler - that would tap or punch the location where you need to drill. Drill the holes take the studs out of the bottom of the spoiler and bolt it down.

My price for the Spoiler is $271 + $110 for installation labor, and they don't charge labor for other stuffs. You can only get his price @ dealer if you know someone that works in the part department, or if you owned a body shop. In my case, I got discount either ways.

The spoiler is a b!tch to install. That alone is worth the 110 bucks.

How hard is it to install the spoiler?? Has anyone install an aftermarket one without going to a body-shop?? I've installed a few in cars myself......I am ready to buy one but not sure if I should have someone to do it???

Ahh...ah! $651.78 is for everything, included parts, labor and local sale tax. The spoiler alone costs $271, then $110 for installation labor. And yes, this is dealer DISCOUNT price.

One thing I recalled is,
I got almost everything I want on my 04 SE except the Electronic Internal Mirror with Compass. It is standard on LTD but optional on SE. The MSRP for this option is $200 according to carpoint.
When I asked the dealer for installing this option, he told me it would cost $800 to have this installed by dealer. I would rather believe the guy is honest because that is the way they do the business. I should have asked if they offer discount price to install this on the new care. I would be happy if they can have this installed for $400.
