rear tail light - both reverse and blinker failing

Replaced the bulbs for each, but no luck. Could it be a fuse? The LED red tail light still illuminates. It's just the upper and lower bulbs that are failing.

Check the wires and the connectors. It might be a loose connect on the bulb socket to the wire.
