Rear window, defroster and wiper stopped working

Last night I noticed my rear wiper and defroster stopped working (it worked earlier that night). This morning, I tried making sure my rear window was closed all the way and noticed that the rear window won’t go down or up. Also made sure the window lock was off. Did a search and couldn’t find anything other than making sure the window was fully closed and the window lock. Not sure what else to check.

We’ve had a lot of heavy rain lately so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Check to make sure the window is rolled up all the way. I’ve bumped mine a touch before and that was the cause.

Is the rear wiper itself (not the switch) totally in the off position (at rest off the window)? If not, that will mess up the defrost and the window up/down because the computer thinks the wiper is on.

I know you said you tried the window up and down. Try the window up only, not both up and down.

It’s usually not the right answer, but it could be a fuse if you’ve had a lot of heavy rain recently.

[MENTION=171828]ads2539[/MENTION] has a good point. From what you've said that's the only thing I can think of. If your wiper somehow is stuck and not in the full up and stowed position off the window under the spoiler, then you can't roll up/down the window and the defrost won't work.
