I got mine last week and installed it today. I think I ordered on a Monday and it was shipped by the Friday of that same week. Shipping to GA only took a few days - it arrived the following Wednesday. Darrel was very communicative along the way. Customer service points!!
Installation was a bit of pain, and I agree with those who have posted about the need for more bracing at the rear post.
I would have liked a little more instruction, and some pictures. Thanks to everyone who posted theirs here, btw! I get that it's pretty simple, but I feel like there could have been some guidance on which way the included bolts should go, and which side of the bracket the PSD goes on. Maybe it doesn't even matter, and I found what worked for me, but why not lay it out?
I also HAD to trim the 1/4" of the longer spacer. Never would have worked without it.
Word of advice: if it seems really extra wobbly before you tighten everything down, tightening both bolts really tightly makes it much more secure. After tightening tightly, it doesn't move much. I'm still considering using string/wire/fishing line/zip tie/something to connect the rear post to the other hanging point back there.
